New Consolidated Construction Company Limited (the “Company” or “NCCCL”) has identified Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a strategic tool for sustainable growth. For NCCCL, CSR means not only investment of funds for social activity but also a continuous integration of business processes with social processes.
In March, 2015 NCCCL constituted CSR Committee to steer our CSR agenda and guiding principles by taking into consideration the position of our stakeholders, the spirit of trusteeship and the intention of enhancing social capital.
Founded on January 15, 1989, Friends of Tribals Society (FTS) is a non-profit organization headquartered in Kolkata, with 36 Chapters across 35 locations. FTS is dedicated to the upliftment of tribal communities in India, focusing on education, healthcare, and community development. The organization runs the One Teacher School (OTS) program, also known as Ekal Vidyalaya, which provides non-formal primary education to children aged 6 to 14 years in underserved areas. Each school serves 25-30 children with a focus on primary education, healthcare, awareness, development, and value-based (sanskar) education.
As of March 31, 2021, FTS operates 102,552 Ekal Vidyalayas, impacting over 2.63 million students across India. FTS is registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) and is eligible to receive foreign donations. The organization is also registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) (Registration No. CSR00001898) and NITI Aayog (Unique ID No. WB/2016/0110936), and recognized by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) as an Implementing Agency (IA) for CSR initiatives.
NCCCL is proud to partner with FTS in supporting its mission to provide quality education and holistic development to tribal children. Through this collaboration, we contribute to the advancement of sustainable development and empowerment in some of India's most remote communities.

Snehalaya is a social charitable organization that rehabilitates Commercial Sex Workers, (CSW) and their children, and runs various programs that focus on AIDS awareness, rehabilitation of HlV Positives and anti-addiction. The main aim of Snehalaya is to provide shelter and education to the children of CSW and ensure their rehabilitation in the society. With this aim, Snehalaya has been serving society for last 20 years and now its operations extend to various educational facilities, health programs and vocational training courses that attempt to provide better future prospects of these children. Almost 2 decades ago, Snehalaya was stared with only 21 children but today, 112 children of Commercial Sex Workers (CSW) benefit from Snehalaya and enjoy high quality living, food and education at absolutely no cost to them or their parents.
Presently total numbers of 813 Children’s are educated and cultured from Snehalaya, out of which 550 Children’s have pursued higher education and are now well settled on their own.

As part of our commitment to social responsibility and community well-being, we support the Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA) - a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to the “Total Management of Cancer."
Established in 1969, CPAA works closely with the medical fraternity to address cancer comprehensively through awareness, early detection, treatment support, counselling, rehabilitation, research, and advocacy. With over five decades of experience, CPAA has been a pillar of hope for thousands of underprivileged cancer patients who otherwise lack access to timely and affordable care.
Through its offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, and Pune, CPAA continues to extend its reach across India, mentoring other healthcare organisations and strengthening the country's response to cancer through its holistic philosophy.

Rotary Club of Bombay Worli (RCBW) is 34 years established NGO and is a part of 110+ years Institution, where the legacy and motto is: "Service above Self“. RCBW Continues to provide health care for the underprivileged children, nutrition, education, infrastructure, building of toilets, school building, making available water by rainwater harvesting and check-dams. Supporting children, the future of our nation is one of the key areas of our focus. The Company has amongst all the activities have contributed for the Zugrewadi Project carried out by RCBW in the Karjat district of Maharashtra for providing basic education and other amenities approximately to 120 students. The objective of the Zugrewadi Project adoption is to transform the village from dependency and underdevelopment to sustainability and self sufficiency.

The Trust is named in memory of Mrs. Kamal A. Baliga (wife of Dr. A. V. Baliga). The primary objective of KABCT is to advance medical relief and medical education, especially in rural areas, consistent with the wishes of Dr. Baliga and Mrs. Baliga. The Trust also engages in scholarships, donations to medical libraries and equipment to hospitals, showing a broader philanthropic medical/educational angle.
