New Consolidated Construction Co. Ltd. (NCCCL)
with Head Office in Mumbai is the flagship company
of Jasdanwalla Group. A 64-years old,
ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified
company,
it was incorporated in 1946 by Mr. Yahyabhai
Jasdanwalla, father of Mr. Abbas Jasdanwalla, the
present Chairman & Managing Director of the
company. The company started its operations in a
modest way by undertaking civil contracts and very
soon became a major force in the civil contracting
Industry. Over years, NCCCL earned strong
reputation in building pharmaceutical factories.
NCCCL which is a
Rs.3000 million (US$ 63 Million), 1000 people,
strong pan India Company, had successfully
completed various types of civil engineering
projects - many of them like VSNL Tower in
Mumbai, Visvesvariya centre in Bangalore, have
become major landmarks of these cities. NCCCL
has construction of more than 100 million Sq.Ft.
space to its credit. Construction of high rise
Residential and Office Towers, Industrial Plants
and Pharmaceutical Factories, Religious places
like temples and churches, Malls, IT Parks,
Townships, Individual Bungalows were all
successfully completed by NCCCL. Many
prestigious projects for Bhabha Atomic Research
Centre (BARC), Mumbai, and for defence
establishments were also constructed by NCCCL.
Recently it successfully completed commercial
projects of Hindustan Unilever Limited (15 lakhs
SFT), Nirlon Knowledge Park (13 lakhs sft),
Bagmane Tech Park (3 lakhs sft). Concerns for
Safety, Quality and Timely completion within
Budgets and its effective implementation over
the years, kept the company at the forefront of
major contracting companies in India. Company
has a current order book position of Rs.38,000
